All orders are processed through MyParcel and delivered by PostNL.
Orders placed before 3 p.m. Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on Friday after 3 p.m. and on weekends will be shipped on Monday. PediFris® is not responsible for any carrier delays.
Yes, you can enter a different delivery address during the ordering process.
A track & trace code is created for each shipment at the time it is presented at the PostNL distribution center. This allows the package to be tracked.
Note: The track & trace code for letterbox packaging is not always accurate. This is because in some regions postal workers do not have a barcode scanner and delivery information is automatically adjusted in this case. As a result, your package may be indicated in the portal as “delivered” when it is not yet.
Usually this happens when there are delays due to crowds, in this situation we ask you to be patient for another 1-2 business days. On weekends, Saturday/Sunday you can assume that packages are processed less quickly(delivered on Saturday though) so you can then add these days to the waiting time.
