Returns can be made within the period as indicated in the right of withdrawal.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt. And you then have another 14 days to return your product unopened.

Return costs to the online store are at your own expense. These costs are approximately € 5.95 per package, please consult your carrier's website for the exact rates.

Use info@pedifris.nl as the recipient's email address when creating the shipping label and ensure that a shipping receipt with track & trace code is created at all times so that it can be presented as proof.

If you exercise the right of withdrawal, the product, with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging, will be returned to:

Then let us know via the form below that you have sent your return. Fill in all fields as completely as possible for a prompt processing.

After receiving your return, we will assess it and if everything is reasonably received and approved, we will refund the order amount, excluding shipping costs.
