Who delivers my order?
All orders are processed via MyParcel and delivered by PostNL.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 15:00 are shipped the same day. Orders on Friday after 15:00 and during the weekend are shipped on Monday. PediFris® is not responsible for any delays with the carrier.
Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
Yes, you can enter a different delivery address during the ordering process.
Can I track my package?
A track & trace code is created for each shipment when it is offered at the PostNL distribution centre. This allows the package to be tracked.
Note: The track & trace code for letterbox packaging is not always accurate. This is because in some regions postal workers do not have a barcode scanner and the delivery information is automatically adjusted in this case. As a result, your package may be indicated as "delivered" in the portal while it is not yet.
This usually happens during delays due to busyness, in this situation we ask for 1 to 2 more working days of patience. During the weekend, Saturday/Sunday, you can assume that packages are processed more slowly (delivered on Saturday) so you can add these days to the waiting time.
Do you want to track your package accurately? Then choose 'parcel post with Track & Trace' as the shipping method (instead of 'letterbox package' or 'free shipping').
