How to use powder to combat sweaty feet
Use a small amount in each shoe and treat all the pairs you wear regularly.
Sprinkle the powder into dry shoes
Use about half a teaspoon of PediFris® Classic per shoe.
Spread it over the insole
Shake your shoes gently from side to side so that the powder spreads evenly.
Gradually reduce the frequency of use
Use the powder daily for the first week. After that, once a week is usually sufficient for maintenance.

How much PediFris® Classic should I use?
A little goes a long way: use about half a teaspoon of PediFris® Classic per shoe. If you notice a few traces of powder on the floor after taking your shoes off, you’ve probably used a bit too much. Feel free to use a little less next time.
You can easily vacuum up the traces of powder or wipe them away with a damp cloth.
