• How often: use in the morning and evening. Use daily during week one, then 2 to 3 times per week.

How to use for the best result

• Absorption: let the product dry completely before putting on socks or standing up.
• Frequency: use daily during the first week for an intensive start. Once sweating is under control, maintenance use once every two weeks is usually enough.
