Returns can be made within the period specified in the right of withdrawal.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt. And you then have another 14 days to return your product unopened.
Return costs to the online store are at your own expense. This cost is approximately 5.95 per package; for exact rates, consult your carrier’s website.
Use info@pedifris.nl as the mail address for the recipient when creating the shipping label and make sure that at all times a shipping receipt with track & trace code is created so that it can be handed over as proof

Upon receipt of your return, we will review it and if everything is received in reasonable and agreed we will refund the order amount, excluding shipping costs.
