Sprinkle half a teaspoon of powder into each shoe. Shake the shoes gently to distribute the powder and then put them on. The powder dissolves while wearing due to the natural moisture of your feet. Start: daily in the first week. Maintenance: weekly. Treat all footwear (including slippers) to prevent recontamination. Always wear socks when using.
