We encourage you to first report complaints to us by emailing info@pedifris.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation through WebwinkelKeur. As of Feb. 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to file complaints through the European Commission’s ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already pending elsewhere then you are free to file your complaint through the European Union platform.”

In the case of letterbox packaging:

A mailman does not have a barcode scanner. Therefore, Track & Trace codes are updated automatically and your package may already be marked as delivered when it hasn’t been.

Want to know where your package is? Then contact MyParcel, they can often tell you in detail how the route is or has been of your package
