Who delivers my order?

All orders are processed via MyParcel and delivered by PostNL.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on Friday after 3:00 PM and on weekends will be shipped on Monday. PediFris® is not responsible for any delays with the carrier.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

Yes, you can enter a different delivery address during the ordering process.

Can I track my package?

A track & trace code is created for every shipment the moment it is offered at the PostNL distribution center. This allows the package to be tracked.

Please note!: The track & trace code for mailbox packages is not always accurate. This is because in some regions mail carriers do not have a barcode scanner and the delivery information is automatically adjusted in this case. As a result, your package may be indicated as “delivered” in the portal when this is not yet the case.

This usually happens with delays due to busy periods, in this situation we ask you to have 1 to 2 working days of patience. On weekends, Saturday/Sunday you can assume that the packages are processed less quickly (delivered on Saturday) so you can add these days to the waiting time.

Then choose ‘package post with Track & Trace’ as the shipping method
( instead of ‘mailbox package’ or ‘free shipping’)
